I want to be a property guru when I grow up...

Penis Fruit

I have moved house about 18 times – over the course of the last 15 years and during those moves I have picked up great experience in relation to property;

  • How to save for it
  • How to rent it
  • How to buy it
  • How to pick the right house
  • How to add value
  • How to renovate it
  • How to decorate it
  • How to sell it and put some cash in your pocket

Property 1- I bought my 1st property when I was 26yrs old and the value has increased by 243%.

Property 2 - I bought m
y 2nd property when I was 29 and I sold it for an increase of 181%.

Property 3 - I bought my 3rd property at 34 and I have increased the value by 153% in just 6 months.

While I have done each of these projects I have been working, living my life, travelling the world, moving countries, becoming a mum and starting a business.

My point here is – its not about taking every penny you have and ploughing it needlessly into moneypits, its about making the right choices and applying the right levels of investment at the right time.

If its not looking after itself financially then it is not a viable project. Here are some guides on how to get started with your property portfolio.

My passion for property has netted my family and I significant $$$ over the years and it could do the same for you.

Making a return on your 1st property will allow you to reinvest into the next and the next as you grow your portfolio the level of investment will also grow.
